Providing a President's news flash is somewhat like having a corpse at a funeral. You must have one to allow the proceedings to move forward , but no one really expects them to say much. On a more serious note, the year 1996 was to say the least most interesting here at GLO Industries.
LUGBUSTER continues to excel among the commercial muffler, front end alignment and brake shops such as Midas, Walts Radiator, Sears Automotive and many independently owned automotive and truck repair shops. When you click on the Midas logo in our site you will read about what the professionals think about this penetrating oil. This same sentiment is echoed by many other users.
The SHOOTERS PAL kit was the overwhelming favorite in firearm care products at this years BR 50 Nationals competition. It was reported that more than half of the competitors, including the top seven placed shooters used PAL Products exclusively. I'll bet this even improves next year. Not bad for user word of mouth advertising about products that really work. THANKS SHOOTERS!!!
Brownells received so many favorable comments from Shooters and Gunsmiths about PAL Products that they will be adding the Shooters PAL kit, 2 oz. bottles and new 8 oz. bottles of Marine PAL, Sports PAL and Slick PAL to their catalog scheduled for revision in August. I announced in the last news flash
that we had received National Stock Numbers from the U.S. Military.
We are starting to receive orders from the services for many of
our oil products and look forward to providing assistance to them
in their never ending battle against corrosion and rust. WE HAVE THE PRODUCTS AND EXPERTISE!!!

If you are wondering where John
has been, he has just completed a much needed rest from our desert
testing facilities and is currently sandbaging and manning pumps
in the Okanogan country, where flooding has been somewhat of a
problem in the Ioan area.
News update: The President of GLO Industries Inc. and the CEO have been invited to speak at the militay's corrosion conference in Kentucky on July 20-24, where people from NASA and NATO will be attending. Working hand in glove with the Naval Surface Warfare Groups, the military has been impressed with the PAL product line performance, which has saved the government thousands of dollars in the last year. We will be handing out electronic books this year in an html format, as well as paper backup. The PAL Oil System Shooter's Kit swept the National BR-50 shooting competition, placing 17 out of the top 20 of the nations shooters. News Update: We have moved the factory equipment to higher ground, not wanting to face the flooding and water problems we had last year at the Port of Grays Harbor this coming winter and spring season. Shipping and receiving has also been moved and we are still putting the finishing touches together. For those of you who would like to purchase PAL Oil System products by credit card, but do not trust the Internet's security arrangements, you may rest assured there are no problems regarding this subject here. A & A Vaughn Special Products handles our sales for credit cards and the F.A.A., the US Forest Service, as well as others in and out of government purchasing areas have found security in Lee's method. (Call 1-800-753-1495) The Washington State Ferry System as well as the Seattle City Light machinests are onboard with us, our samples are now in the Midas Muffler Training facility for their techs, and gunsmiths continue to order Marine and Sports PAL in larger quantities.
We had an enjoyable time at the Everett Naval Base and the machinests are using the products correctly, absolutely delighted with their results according to the Navy Engineering staff. Larger quantities will be on the Aircraft Carriers this year according to the Navy... Furious testing is now going on with the Marine Corp, and we are working with other military personal also. This entire process takes time, but you do not have to move as slowly if you are in the the private sector. In many respects the private sector is far ahead of the military and does not face the tremendous amount of paper work one order produces. This is why we have had $700.00 screwdrivers and $1200.00 toilet seats by the time the accountants are finished. Attorneys breed attorneys on Capital Hill, and accountants breed accountants. You as the tax payer foots this bill and it is up to you to tell your representives enough is enough....
