Marine PAL

Superior non-caustic, non-abrasive cleaning agent for firearms and many other applications. It may be applied to any surface; metal, plating or polymers without damage, and after the surface is cleaned it can be wiped completely dry. While several of the best solvents can also be wiped dry, they do not provide a rust-resistant coating experienced with Marine PAL. This product has also proven to be very effective in easily removing surface rust, salt water corrosion and other contaminants from firearm surfaces. Marine PAL was originally designed as a high performance penetrating oil to quickly penetrate and loosen corroded or rusted metal parts and still offer very good lubrication and protection qualities.

Sports PAL

Optimum firearm lubricating oil treatment designed to penetrate, lubricate and protect firearm bores and actions from corrosion and rust. This product loosens and floats lead and copper deposits from firearm bores. Modern and black powder firearm bores, AR-15A2 bolts, and other problem areas treated with Sports PAL experience reduced build-up of fouling, making subsequent cleanings much easier. This product is also an excellent cold weather lubricant.

Slick PAL

Ultimate action oil designed to provide heavy duty, long lasting lubrication and protection for firearm critical lubrication points. Firearm actions treated with Slick PAL demonstrate improved smooth operation with use. It has a heavier viscosity than Sports PAL and is intended to support heavy use, higher temperature, continuous firearm operation and all other firearm use during normal weather conditions. For extremely cold weather conditions use Sports PAL.

BALLISTIC TESTS

Bench rest tests indicate that cleaning and treating rifle bores with Marine and Sports PAL does not affect muzzle velocities, extreme spreads of velocities and standard deviations of velocities. (Note: Some products do exhibit velocity change with cleaning). Group size and point of impact were also not affected and the first round of each group was well-centered, better than the first round when cleaning with solvents.
Inputs received from users confirm these test results. Don Hill's article in Precision Shooting, June 1994, Vol. 40-No. 2, " A NEW WAY TO MAINTAIN .22 RIMFIRE BORES", states that after cleaning and treating bores with Marine PAL and Sports PAL, .22 rimfire rifles start grouping after the first shot fired from a cold barrel instead of the usual 50-100 rounds experienced with other products. Reports from black powder shooters indicate that bores cleaned and treated with Marine PAL and then with Sports PAL substantially increase the number of shots allowed between cleanings, and subsequent cleanings are much easier. Competition pellet and B-B gun shooter's report increased accuracy and extended shot tube life after using PAL Products.

PAL OILS ARE NON-CAUSTIC, NON-TOXIC, NON-CORROSIVE AND NON-ABRASIVE
YOU CAN NOW SAFELY CLEAN YOUR FIREARMS INDOORS

1. Patch your firearm bore out thoroughly with Marine PAL; usually three or four patches will take care of powder and most of the lead fouling.

2. Cast bullet shooters (Pistol and black powder) can actually feel the lead deposits and scrub the lead out using Marine PAL. For stubborn deposits, apply Sports PAL and let stand for 30 minutes, then reapply Marine PAL. You will see chunks of lead come out. Keep scrubbing until the bore is lead free, it won't take long.
NO BRUSHES REQUIRED.
3. For high powered rifle bores, after a thorough scrubbing with Marine PAL, push a saturated patch of Sports PAL through the bore and leave overnight. Run a patch of Marine PAL through the bore the next morning and copper fouling should come out.
As you have no doubt experienced, some firearm bores are just dirty, and it may
be necessary to use your old method for the first few cleanings. As soon as the Sports PAL impregnates the bore, subsequent cleanings will be easier.

CAUTION: WIPE EXCESS OIL FROM CHAMBER BEFORE SHOOTING.

4. You will notice there are three bottles of PAL Oils in the Shooter's kit. The third bottle is Reel PAL. This product, when used by the drop, will demonstrate improved, smooth operating actions. It provides outstanding long term protection in high humidity or salt water conditions.

These computer generated oils are far ahead of anything on the market. They may be used safely on all metal, plating, plastics, rubber or polymers without damage.

SHOOTERS PAL .22-RIMFIRE

YOU CAN NOW SAFELY CLEAN YOUR FIREARMS INDOORS

1. Run a wet patch of Marine PAL through the bore.

2. Follow with a single dry patch.

3. Run another wet patch of Marine PAL through the bore and let stand for 10 minutes.

4. Dry out the bore with at least 4 patches.

5. Run a wet patch of Sports PAL through the bore and leave until ready to shoot.

6. Just before shooting, dry out bore with 4 patches.

FLASH !!!

Don Hill of Springfield, MO shot the highest .22 rimfire score of the 1995 BR50 Nationals. A raw score of 4350, adjusted score, 4400.

There were 90 shooter's in attendance and Don's score won first place in match #1 and second place in match #3.

Don's barrel, made by Shilen, fitted to a Time Precision built rifle had never had anything in the bore but Marine PAL and Sports PAL. According to Don, these two products used exclusively, without a brush, consistently show rimfire rifles will group true after only one or two fouling shots.
