I wanted to write to let you know what a wonderful job Rick is doing
with the motorcycle safety course in
My son and I both took the course in mid August so we could get our
endorsements. The instructors, Rick and Mario
ran an
outstanding course. They were positive and very helpful, always showing how
to correct and errors that were made. The instruction, even in the
classroom, kept everyone alert and ready to participate. I know I would be
hard pressed to find a better learning environment for the new rider as well
as the rider that has not gone through a safety course. I found GHME, LLC on
the DOL webpage and I am very grateful you have them listed. I only wish I
could put an endorsement for them on your web page.
I did not pass the riding skills test the first time I went through the
course. Rick and Mario both spent the time to go over what I needed to
improve on (My son did get his Safety Card that weekend). I did agree with
everything they pointed out, and practiced in my neighborhood, constantly
keeping in mind what they taught at the class.
I did go back and take the class just over a week ago, and was able to
improve even more and get my endorsement. Even more important, I learned to
watch for possible hazardous situations and avoid them. Just 5 days after
completing the course, I was on a main road in
out in front of me, from a side street, with no warning. The same time
another car started to make a left turn into the side street. With the
training, I reacted with a quick swerve and avoided a bad situation. I thank
Rick and Mario for being the heroes that day. They have taken their weekends
and devoted themselves to making us all safer.
I feel that after taking this course, I am also a much better driver
weather it is on a motorcycle or behind the wheel of a car. My son said he
still hears Rick's voice if he starts to do something wrong, correcting him.
Again, a Great Course, run by Great People.
Thank you,
Arild L.
