Comments from previous years:

Dear McCleary Community Chamber of Commerce and the McCleary Community

Thank you for the delightful time my husband and I had on September 21, 2002, at the McCleary Community-wide Garage Sale and the 6th Annual "Simpson Helping Simpson Families" Sale. We had never been to McCleary before and when we saw the ad in the Olympian newspaper, we decided to go! When we arrived in McCleary, we saw the trolley and hopped on! Our driver was such fun! We went to sale after sale and enjoyed ourselves! Everywhere we went we met wonderful people. (Especially at the church that had the sale and lunch there.) Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! What a great idea!

Sincerely, Tom & PJ R

Dear Chamber of Commerce Committee

The 6th Annual "Simpson Families Helping Simpson Families" benefit swap meet was held on September 21, 2002. This year's swap meet was another great success. It is because of your continued support that we were able to raise $14,400, which was very close to our "record" year that we had last year. We were able to help 33 Simpson employees and their families with last year's funds and it is because of you that we were able to do that. Those employees that were helped and the members of the Swap Meet Committee would like to thank you for all the advertisement efforts and costs that you donated. We all appreciate it very much!

Warm regards, Swap Meet Committee
